Dior has unveiled new additions to its Rose des Vents jewellery line, first introduced in 2015 by artistic director Victoire de Castellane.

The collection, which draws inspiration from Christian Dior’s childhood home in Granville, features the compass rose motif seen in the garden of the villa Les Rhumbs. The eight-pointed star symbol, said to reflect Dior’s affinity for the number eight, has become a recurring emblem in the house’s designs.

The latest pieces extend several chapters of the Rose des Vents story, including Rose Céleste, The Charms and Étoile des Vents. Highlights include a new ring influenced by the Tribale design and a watch styled as a pendulum, both incorporating signature elements of the collection.

The Rose Céleste range has been updated with reversible medallions depicting the sun and moon, now available as necklaces, rings and earrings. Materials such as mother-of-pearl and onyx are used to enhance contrast and versatility.

Among the more decorative additions are charms representing symbols including lily of the valley, hearts, roses, skull and crossbones, ivy and bees. These feature necklaces, bracelets, brooches, earrings and rings, including a double-finger style designed to suggest a bee in flight.

The plastron necklace, a larger statement piece, combines multiple motifs and conceals stones on the reverse side.

The Étoile des Vents series continues to spotlight Dior’s use of talismans, with diamond-accented ear cuffs and other pieces designed for mix-and-match styling.

The new designs reinforce Dior’s ongoing exploration of its heritage symbols through contemporary interpretations in fine jewellery.

Fashion designer and entrepreneur Nicky Hilton has launched a new personalised jewellery brand, Theo Grace, inspired by her daughters and intended to mark life’s “most meaningful moments”.

Hilton, who co-founded the brand with a team of experienced jewellery entrepreneurs, said the range was designed to celebrate “love, joy, family and individuality” through customisable pieces including necklaces, bracelets and charms.

Named after her daughters Theodora and Lily-Grace, Theo Grace offers gold and silver designs that can be engraved with names, dates or photographs.

The collection is aimed at a wide age range and is intended as both self-purchase and gifting jewellery.

The brand will offer capsule collections throughout the year, with Hilton contributing to the creative direction and design.

Hilton said: “I had long dreamed of creating a jewelry brand rooted in personalization and the emotional power of connection and love. Gifting is part of who I am – I’m always looking for meaningful, creative ways to show love and gratitude to the people in my life, whether it’s for big milestones or everyday moments: my kids, my family, my friends.

“I hope everyone can find that special gift that says ‘I love you’, ‘Thank you’, ‘Congratulations’, or any heartfelt message – with depth and individuality. I truly believe in the magic of gifting and doing it on your own terms.”

Dior has announced the launch of its latest additions to its Rose Des Vents collection, devised in 2015 by Victoire de Castellane as a tribute to the history of the brand.

Inspired by the compass rose in Dior’s childhood home in Granville, the new additions include a Tribale-inspired ring and a celestial reversible medallion necklace, blending sun and moon motifs with mother-of-pearl and onyx.

Furthermore, the collection includes charms, featuring lilies of the valley, roses, and even a bee in flight. Alongside this there is a plastron necklace that layers the collection’s motifs with hidden gemstone details.

The Étoile des Vents range, includes diamond-studded talismans on ear cuffs and necklaces, creating celestial constellations. These designs will be unveiled in July 2025.

This new line follows the launch of the Gem Dior collection which is “enriched by unprecedented models”, such as earrings in yellow, rose or white gold.

The collection also includes a bracelet sublimated by a gradation of sapphires and spessartite garnets and was designed as a tribute to Victoire de Castellane’s passion for colour.
