95% of my jewelry is one of a kind and will ship within 3-4 days. The same is true for limited run jewelry that is in inventory. For items not in inventory; once payment is received, please allow 5-10 days production time.

Shipping:
All US shipping is free for orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for $6 via USPS (takes 2-5 business days). For international requests, shipping varies by country so please contact me. All shipping is from Ramona, CA and will arrive in a lovely gift box.

Returns:
Undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Email me at kathy@truenorthjewelry.com to arrange a return.
